Short answers. Longer explainers are in the guides.
The phrase is commonly used for informal number games that grew out of earlier matka-style betting in India. This site treats it as a topic for history, public records, and safety information — not as a product to play.
“Matka” originally described numbers drawn from a pot. Later games reused similar two-digit formats under different local names. The details vary; the chance-based nature does not.
No. Historical charts do not change the odds of a future draw. Claims of guaranteed systems are misleading.
OLD is the previously recorded figure. NEW is the latest published figure, or XX if nothing has been published yet. They are labels for reading a record, not betting instructions.
Pending means this site does not yet have a published value for that slot. It is not a hint about what the number will be.
No. Using this site to place or settle bets is not permitted. See the Terms and Disclaimer.
Unregulated public gambling is illegal in most Indian states under the Public Gambling Act, 1867, with limited exceptions for some state-regulated lotteries. This is not legal advice.
If gambling is causing harm, contact a qualified support service. In India, organisations such as Nirgundi publish recovery information. Emergency help: local health services.
Editorial and correction requests are handled on the contact page. We do not operate chat groups for betting alerts.
